About

I’m Andreas, an inter-disciplinary designer and strategic thinker.

My path into design wasn’t linear and that’s exactly what shaped my perspective today:

I started out behind the camera, trying to capture how ideas and emotions can come to life visually. After finishing high school, I worked in hospitality, from cafés to Oktoberfest, learning firsthand about human behaviour, empathy, and service.

Curious about what drives people and businesses, I studied Business Studies in Germany to understand brand strategy and marketing, and later Social Sciences in Belgium to deepen my understanding of human psychology.

Always curious about the visual side of things and driven by aesthetics, I eventually found my way into design, a space where I could combine visual storytelling with strategy and human-centered thinking.

From there, my journey unfolded across a range of industries and disciplines:

adidas: retail design and brand spaces

Siemens Mobility: visual and graphic design for transport innovation

BMW: UX design, digitizing production systems

Siemens Healthineers: service and experience design in healthcare environments

Afterwards, I travelled and worked across Australia and the UK, freelancing on brand, digital, and spatial design projects, connecting dots between service design, digital touchpoints, and physical experiences.

Every step has been about one thing: understanding people and businesses to design better systems, experiences, and environments.

Skills & Approach

Over the years, I’ve developed a hybrid set of skills across:

Research & Human Insights: qualitative, observational, and behavioral methods

UX & Service Design: mapping, prototyping, and co-creation

Brand & Spatial Design: translating strategy into tangible experiences

Strategic Thinking & Communication: bridging analytical and creative perspectives

I’m quick to learn new tools and thrive in multidisciplinary settings. I like to think of myself as a human whisperer, someone who listens deeply, observes carefully, and translates complexity into clear, actionable design.

With two degrees in Business Studies (B.A.) and Design (B.A.), I bring both structure and creativity to every challenge.
