With a background in Business Studies and Design, I combine strategic awareness with spatial and digital execution. My work focuses on translating behavioural insight and organisational complexity into coherent experience systems.
I am particularly drawn to environments where physical space, digital interfaces and service logic converge ā from clinical workflows to industrial platforms and brand environments.
Before studying design, I worked in hospitality and studied business and behavioural sciences. These experiences shaped how I observe human behaviour, understand service systems, and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
Across corporate and independent projects, I have contributed to experience design initiatives in healthcare, mobility, retail and conservation contexts ā operating within regulated, technical and operationally complex systems.
I work at the intersection of research, systems thinking and spatial experience design. My process typically involves behavioural research, systems framing, stakeholder alignment and prototyping across physical and digital touchpoints.
I aim to structure complexity into clear, scalable solutions ā balancing human needs with operational and organisational realities.
I am currently interested in roles focused on strategic experience design, service systems and spatially-informed digital environments.
